- Click on the App Store on your Apple device, or visit the Android Market
- Search for "Autotask"
- Click to read about LiveMobile and then select Install
- Launch Autotask LiveMobile
- Customize your settings
- Activate your LiveMobile license from within Autotask
- Activate your LiveMobile license from Autotask > Admin >LiveMobile
- Receive your unique Autotask LiveMobile URL via email
- Access Autotask LiveMobile using your device's web-browser
* LiveMobile Requirements
Autotask LiveMobile is an add-on to an Autotask Pro user license. There may be slight differences in functionality based on your smartphone and/or mobile device and your operating system. You must be a registered Autotask user to access system data using Autotask LiveMobile. Autotask Administrator privileges are required to activate paid Autotask LiveMobile licenses. A paid Autotask LiveMobile license is required to edit and update system information.
