To download LiveMobile for iPhone, iPad and Android

  1. Click on the App Store on your Apple device, or visit the Android Market
  2. Search for "Autotask"
  3. Click to read about LiveMobile and then select Install
  4. Launch Autotask LiveMobile
  5. Customize your settings
  6. Activate your LiveMobile license from within Autotask
To access Autotask LiveMobile for other web-enabled mobile devices
  1. Activate your LiveMobile license from Autotask > Admin >LiveMobile
  2. Receive your unique Autotask LiveMobile URL via email
  3. Access Autotask LiveMobile using your device's web-browser

* LiveMobile Requirements

Autotask LiveMobile is an add-on to an Autotask Pro user license. There may be slight differences in functionality based on your smartphone and/or mobile device and your operating system. You must be a registered Autotask user to access system data using Autotask LiveMobile. Autotask Administrator privileges are required to activate paid Autotask LiveMobile licenses. A paid Autotask LiveMobile license is required to edit and update system information.
