With Sage Accounting Extension, a free XML export option for Autotask, you can easily export all the Autotask information you need – including comprehensive time and work information for fixed price, time and materials, block hour or recurring service contracts – to produce detailed invoices in Sage Accounting.

By automatically transferring the information from Autotask to Sage Accounting, you eliminate redundant data entry and eliminate possible transcription errors. This extension supports Sage 50 Accounts 2008 (previously known as Sage 50, and/or Sage Line 50) and Sage 200.

Here’s how it works: through Sage Accounting Extension, Autotask exports XML data to a target URL that is configured to interface with Connect from Internetware. Connect, in turn, is programmed to automatically convert the data and import it into Sage Accounting. Customers must purchase Connect separately. In addition, some configuration of Autotask is required.
