Autotask Assists Gaeltek In Managing Services
Of British Council

Gaeltek implements Autotask to provide assistance with the management of IT services within the British Council USA Offices

Gaeltek, a managed services provider with a prestigious client base, including a number of retail, legal and government clients, such as the British Council offices in Washington DC, has implemented Autotask to introduce an automated ticket system to provide a more efficient IT service and extinguish the use of Post Its for once and for all!

With no formal ticket system, and tasks being sent and recorded by email, Gaeltek were in a position where they wanted to expand the business but as the team was spending over 15 hours a week transferring tasks present in emails to timesheets there was no time to accommodate that expansion. Worse still was that they were underselling to their clients what they were doing and the quality of service they were providing.
