The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting Autotask Customers, selling Autotask Add-on Products, driving internal account growth and managing day to day account activity. In your role you will proactively identify, support, and forecast sales opportunities with Autotask customers.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for being the “first point of contact” for sales prospects, quickly moving them through the company’s pre-qualification process and closing qualified sales deals. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling and following up on warm leads to develop a pipeline and acquire new customers within your territory.
You will work in a web-based customer support environment with an emphasis on response and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be supporting the Autotask PSA web-based application and responsible to resolve, or escalate all incoming customer support requests. Requests may be workflow, technical or contractual in nature and you will need to ensure the customer’s interests are represented. You will be expected to deliver the highest level of service in the industry with a goal to create “Raving Fans”.
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for insuring the quality of Autotask software products, including communication, documentation and processes associated with these efforts. Also responsible for development and execution of quality processes, test plans and test cases and communicating test results.
Regional Field Sales Managers (RFSM) are responsible for prospecting and identifying new account opportunities in the SaaS market for IT Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Internal IT users. RFSM’s are expected to be able to deliver effective presentations, and demonstrations, to help manage and further their relationship with a prospect from lead inception to close.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for assisting the sales team with in depth technical knowledge of the Autotask product. The Sales Engineer is also responsible for demonstrating the product capabilities to prospective Autotask customers.

The Software Designer/Analyst is essentially a Business Analyst who works with the Engineering and Product Management teams to define, analyze, and prototype web-based software solutions. Autotask is seeking a creative, highly motivated individual with a talent for digesting complex information, analyzing it, and producing simple, easy to use design concepts.
